PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemblability when a seal member is assembled by an automatic machine to a frame body, as well as realizing highly accurate assembly and increasing toner sealability.SOLUTION: A vertical seal 15 is molded on a cleaning vessel 13 through injecting a resin material different from the cleaning vessel 13 into a space between the cleaning vessel 13 and a mold making contact with the cleaning vessel 13. In the vertical seal 15, a contact part that makes contact with a sheet metal part 11a2 has an underside 15e and a contact part 15b, and a wall part 13d has a mounting bearing surface 22 onto which the sheet metal part 11a2 is mounted. The wall part 13d further has a recess 22a formed by depressing a portion of the mounting bearing surface 22. The recess 22a has a corner part 15d1 between an end face 15d and the underside 15e of the contact part 15b with the underside 15e arranged thereon. The recess 22a has regulation surfaces 22a1-22a4 for regulating movement of a resin material present in an area in which a peripheral part of the corner part sinks down, when the peripheral part of the corner part sinks down. |
