PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of a failure caused by withstand voltage properties.SOLUTION: A multilayer capacitor 1 comprises: a first lamination part composed by alternately laminating a plurality of internal electrode layers 13 and a plurality of ceramic layers 12; an electrode lamination part 10 having a via conductor 14 penetrating the first lamination part along a lamination direction SD of the first lamination part; a second lamination part which is adjacent to the electrode lamination part 10 along a direction orthogonal to the lamination direction and composed by alternately laminating a plurality of internal electrode layers 23 and a plurality of ceramic layers 22 along the lamination direction; an electrode lamination part 20 having a via conductor 24 penetrating a second lamination part along the lamination direction; and an internal electrode layer 33 disposed between two adjacent internal electrode layers 13 along the lamination direction so as to face the internal electrode layers 13 and between two adjacent internal electrode layers 23 along the lamination direction so as to face the internal electrode layers 23, and are not electrically connected to the internal electrode layers 13 and the internal electrode layers 23. |
