PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic composition, such as cement, of which cerium content at which strength deterioration essentially does not occur is specified.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydraulic composition in which strength deterioration is suppressed by the cerium content being adjusted to a proportional weight of 0.03 wt.% to 0.10 wt.% in terms of oxide. For example, the hydraulic composition contains a proportional weight of 0.03 wt.% to 0.10 wt.% cerium in terms of oxide in typical Portland cement of which the hydraulic modulus (HM) of the clinker is 2.0 to 2.2, the silica modulus (SM) is 2.3 to 2.8, the iron modulus (IM) is 1.9 to 2.1, the sulfur trioxide content is 0.5 wt.% to 1.5 wt.%, the free lime content is 0.5 wt.% to 1.0 wt.%, and the sulfur trioxide content within the cement is 1.5 wt.% to 3.0 wt.%. |
