MIXING AND DISPERSING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing and dispersing system which makes piping unnecessary and is capable of securely mixing and dispersing a flowable material and powder.SOLUTION: A powder hopper 20 that stores a powder material is connected with a mixing and dispersing device 30. The mixing and dispersing device 30 is arranged in a storage tank 11 which stores the flowable material. The mixing and dispersing device 30 includes: a sucking port 111 for the flowable material which sucks the flowable material in the storage tank 11; a sucking port 112 for the powder which sucks the powder material in the powder hopper 20; and a discharging port 113 which discharges into the storage tank 11 a flowable mixed material in which the flowable material sucked from the sucking port 111 for the flowable material and the powder material sucked from the sucking port 112 for the powder are mixed and dispersed. The sucking port 111 for the flowable material of the mixing and dispersing device 30 is arranged in the flowable material in the storage tank 11.
