PURPOSE: A car muffler is provided to increase noise reduction performance by having a triple structure which is composed of an outer casing, an insulating material, and an inner casing, thereby considerably reducing an exhaust shell noise and a tail pipe noise. CONSTITUTION: A car muffler includes an inner casing(10), an insulating material(20), and an outer casing(30). The inner casing has an internal space which is divided by a baffle into multiple chambers, and forms an entry on one side and an exit on the other side which are connected with each other. The insulating material wraps around the outside of the inner casing. The outer casing is provided with a shape which surrounds the outside of the insulating material, and composed of a plastic material. |
