PURPOSE: A pedal effort adjusting device of an accelerator pedal is provided to facilitate to adjust the pedal effort of a pedal arm as necessary by adjusting the elastic force of an elastic member through the movement of a carrier along with the rotation of a rotation cap without replacing components. CONSTITUTION: A pedal effort adjusting device of an accelerator pedal comprises a carrier(30), a rotary cap(40), and a fixed cap(50). The carrier is installed inside a carrier housing(10) in order to be in touch with the end of an elastic member(5). The carrier is movably installed along the carrier housing towards a direction for pressurizing or releasing the elastic member. The rotary cap comprises a plurality of support protrusions(41) and is rotatably inserted to the end of the carrier by facing the elastic member. One side of the fixed cap faces the rotary cap comprises a plurality of grooves(51). The fixed cap is fixed inside the carrier housing. |
