A clamping apparatus of a spindle motor including a stopper is provided to prevent separation of a disk from an impact below a certain level and facilitate installation of the disk. A clamping device of a spindle motor includes a clamping device, a body, and a stopper. A plurality of spaces are formed at one side of circumferential surface of the body and a claw(163) is formed inside them. A claw is contacted on the disk(50) and supports it so that the center of the disk coincides with the center of the rotation shaft(120). A plurality of stoppers(165), preventing separation of the disk inserted into the outer circumference of the body, are installed on upper side of the body between the claws. The stopper is prepared with the bar shape and It performs linear reciprocating motion by the lever(167). |
