PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction system for finding out an improvement point for improving a value of a building while easily reviewing estimation created by accumulating costs.SOLUTION: Estimation means 20 reads information of attribute of each input element of a building from a building element information storage part 31; reads standard price information corresponding to the input attribute from a cost information storage part 32; calculates an estimate for each element of the building from the read standard price information; makes the cost information storage part 32 store the estimate; and makes display means 12 display the estimate. Reviewing means 21 makes the estimation means 20 calculate a changed estimate each time the attribute stored in the building element information storage part 31 is changed; makes a history information storage part 33 store a changed place and the changed estimate; and makes the display means 12 display the history of change and the changed estimate.
