PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce management loads.SOLUTION: A data transmission adapter 120 includes an aboveground-side communication interface part 302, an aboveground-side IP address storage part 303, a transmission destination IP address storage part 304, a packet encapsulation part 305, a maximum communication speed storage part 306, a line speed storage part 307, a line speed management part 308, a modem control signal generation part 309, a satellite-side communication interface part 310, a modem response signal reception part 311, a packet encapsulation cancellation part 312, an ARP table 313, and a partner earth station number storage part 314. The aboveground-side IP address storage part 303, the transmission destination IP address storage part 304, the maximum communication speed storage part 306, the line speed storage part 307, the ARP table 313, and the partner earth station number storage part 314 are stored in storage devices which are physically different, respectively. Some of a plurality of storage parts are stored in the physically same storage device or recorded in each storage area of physically one storage device. |
