PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic key for vehicle with a fixation structure for a decorative component such that the decorative component, a case body, and a lid body are made compact while the decorative component is prevented from falling.SOLUTION: An electronic key 1 for vehicle includes a case body 10, a lid body 20, and a decorative component 30. The case body 10 and the decorative component 30 are provided with an engagement projection part 34 (restriction means) with a projector 34a and an engagement recessed part 12d (restriction means) with a hole part 12e, at positions where both the members are offset from opposed fitting surface positions F in a fitting direction D1, so as to engage the case body and the decorative component with each other when force acts in an engagement direction D3 orthogonal to the fitting direction D1 and to restrict disengagement of the engagement state when the force acts in a disengagement direction D4 which is the opposite side from the engagement direction D3. |
