摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green sheet capable of effectively preventing disconnection of a conductor pattern having a wiring shape drawn with a conductive ink and easily improving reliability and productivity, and to provide a ceramic multilayer substrate and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A slurry containing a silicone of 5 to 10% by weight ratio to a low-temperature calcined substrate material is prepared by mixing the low-temperature calcined substrate material with a binder and a solvent and mixing the resultant mixture with the silicone having a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group, and a green sheet 2 is made of the slurry. A multilayer ceramic substrate 1 including a conductor pattern 4 is formed by sintering a laminated molding 3 formed by laminating and pressing a plurality of green sheets 2 after drawing a wiring shape (a nano Ag wiring 9) on the surface of the green sheet 2 by the conductive ink having dispersed metal nano particles. The conductor pattern 4 includes SiOof 15% or more by volume ratio.
