PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera parameter measuring apparatus, a camera parameter measuring method, and a program that can measure a camera parameter with high precision through easy measuring operation.SOLUTION: A camera parameter measuring apparatus 10 is used so as to measure camera parameters including an installation height and a depression angle of a camera. A moving body 50 is detected from video photographed by the installed camera 20, and the detected moving body is tracked in the video. The camera parameter measuring apparatus includes a tracking processing part 11, a moving body height acquisition part 12 which acquires a plurality of heights of the moving body 50 being tracked in the video, an input reception part 17 which receives input of a set value of height of the moving body 50, and an arithmetic part 13 which calculates an installation height and a depression angle on the basis of the set value received by the input reception part 17 and all or some of the plurality of heights acquired by the moving body height acquisition part 12. |
