PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloud type application execution system which allows each application which is executed by a mobile client terminal and a server device to take action against a communication failure in advance.SOLUTION: When movement of a mobile client terminal 2 between cells is detected, a Change Notification is issued in a mobile communication network, and using the issuance of the Change Notification as a trigger, a position change notification is transmitted to a communication failure generation prediction device 4 from a client position specification device 5 (Step S1). When it is predicted that a communication failure may occur since a cell indicative of cell information included in the position change notification is included in an area indicated by failure area information (Step S2), communication failure generation notice information is notified to each platform (Step S3) and notified to the application running on each platform (Step S4). |
