PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum chamber capable of supplying power into the chamber without using a vacuum connector.SOLUTION: A vacuum chamber 301 comprises a container 10 of which the inside can be maintained in vacuum, a window 11 which is formed from a non-metal to constitute a portion of a wall part of the container 10, a power receiving coil (not illustrated in Fig.1) disposed within an area of the window 11 inside of the container 10, and a power transmitting coil 12 which is disposed within an area of the window 11 outside of the container 10 and capable of feeding power toward the power receiving coil with non-contact. |
