PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleated agent preventing bitter taste, capable of sufficiently improving QOL and containing a hypertension-treating agent, valsartan as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: This nucleated agent 100 includes an inner nucleus 10 comprising a pharmaceutical composition comprising the valsartan expressed by formula (1) or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and an outer layer 20 comprising a covering composition covering the inner nucleus and containing a pH-adjusting agent to make the inside of oral cavity weakly acidic. As the pH-adjusting agent, at least one selected from the group consisting of citric anhydride, citric acid hydrate, sodium dihydrogen citrate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate is preferable. |
