PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an organic acid derivative exhibiting lipolytic action.SOLUTION: The organic acid derivative is a derivative in which organic acid such as caffeic acid or ferulic acid is linked to a peptide. The organic acid derivative has a characteristic of being produced by transesterification based on fermentation. The production method includes a process for carrying out protease treatment of fermented liquid fermented after adding bacillus natto to Angelica keiskei leaves and soybean flour. The obtained organic acid derivative exhibits an excellent effect compared with catechin, and is applied to cosmetics, food preparations, or pharmaceuticals. Particularly, when used for cosmetics, the organic acid derivative is applied for cosmetics excelling in sebum decomposition, moisture retention of the skin, and elasticity of the skin, when used for cosmetics. |
