PURPOSE: A dust and noise blocking device for a table roll is provided to maintain the clean working environment by removing dust and noise which are generated by friction between a table roll and a hot rolled material. CONSTITUTION: A dust and noise blocking device for a table roll comprises a hood cover (130), a dust removal unit (160), and a drive unit (170). The hood cover covers a hot rolled material when the hot rolled material is moved by opening and closing the upper part of the table roll. The hood cover blocks the emission of dust and noise to the outside by including a sound-absorbing material. The dust removal unit inhales the dust inside the hood cover, and discharges the dust to the outside. The drive unit is provided with an elevating cylinder which is operated in a motorized mode.
