PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid material dissolving container and a solid material dissolving kit which eliminate a possibility of use by wrong operation due to forgetting to remove a quality improving agent, can securely dissolve a solid material in liquid, can be used without causing deterioration of the solid material and are convenient when used.SOLUTION: The solid material dissolving container 10 for the solid material B requiring dissolution by liquid when used includes: a container body 12 storing the solid material B; an approximately cup-shaped cup member 18 detachably locked on an inner wall of a mouth part 14 of the container body 12 and storing the quality improving agent A for the solid material B therein; and an outer cap member 26 detachably locked on the mouth part 14 of the container body 12 to cover the cup member 18.
