PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress and prevent scattering of a leaked liquid absorbent in humidity control modules.SOLUTION: A humidity controller (10) includes: two humidity control modules (40a, 40b) having moisture permeable films (62) through which the liquid absorbent does not pass and water vapor passes to allow the liquid absorbent and the air to transfer and receive the water vapor through the moisture permeable films (62); an absorbent circuit (30) having a circulation pump (31), and circulating the liquid absorbent between the two humidity control modules (40a, 40b) so that the moisture is absorbed from the air in one of two humidity control modules (40a, 40b), and the moisture is released to the air at the other module; and leakage detecting means (81a, 81b) respectively disposed corresponding to the two humidity control modules (40a, 40b) for detecting the leakage of the liquid absorbent from the humidity control modules (40a, 40b). The circulation pump (31) is stopped when the leakage of the liquid absorbent is detected by the leakage detecting means (81a, 81b) at least in one of the humidity control modules (40a, 40b). |
