PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity transaction data processor capable of performing effective operation of money on the basis of information on fit and unfit notes without causing enlargement of a change machine, a money transaction system and a money transaction method.SOLUTION: The transaction data processor includes a communication part communicably connected to a money adjustment device which performs adjustment processing for adjusting the price of a commodity and money depositing/withdrawing processing in an account transaction regarding a bank account and a display part for displaying balances, as money balances of the money adjustment device, which differ between adjustment processing and account transaction.
