PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-repellent substrate including a water-repellent film excellent in waterdrop slidability, and to provide a transportation apparatus using such a water-repellent substrate.SOLUTION: This water-repellent substrate includes a substrate 1 and a water-repellent film 2 formed at least on one surface thereof. The water-repellent film 2 contains a first water-repellent region 11 and a second water-repellent region 12 having contact with the first water-repellent region 11, and the water contact angle of the first water-repellent region 11 is 40°-110°, and the water contact angle of the second water-repellent region 12 is higher by ≥20° than the water contact angle of the first water-repellent region 11.
