PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular emergency stop maintaining device in which vehicle stop can be properly maintained while being interlocked with the operation of an emergency brake indicator lamp.SOLUTION: The vehicular emergency stop maintaining device includes: an emergency brake display control means 11 which determines a full-braking condition that is a condition for determining whether or not a vehicular full braking is required, and operates the emergency brake indicator lamp 5 at the time of emergency brake when the full-braking condition is satisfied; and stop maintaining means 13, 30 for maintaining vehicle stop when the emergency brake indicator lamp 5 is operated by the emergency brake display control means 11 and a vehicle is stopped. |
