PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appearance checking device for improving checking accuracy/efficiency of a soldering part.SOLUTION: A holding stand 20 of an appearance checking device 1 sucking and holding a flexible printed wiring board 100 comprises: a holding face 21 on which a first suction hole 33 is opened; a housing hole 52 having an opening 53 opened on the holding face 21; a slide body 60 having a large-diameter part 65 housed in the housing hole 52 slidably upward and downward and a small-diameter part 61 that can pass through the opening 53; a spring 70 energizing the slide body 60; and a vacuum pump 90 connected to the first suction hole 33 and the housing hole 52. The small-diameter part 61 has a second suction hole 62 at a tip, and the slide body 60 has a passage 66 for communicating the second suction hole 62 with a space 55. The tip of the small-diameter part 61 is positioned at an upper portion than the holding face 21 by the spring 70. When the second suction hole 62 is blocked by a wiring board 100, the slide body 60 is drawn and the small-diameter part 61 is housed in the housing hole 52. |
