PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing distilled liquor having a rich roasted aroma and weak off-flavor and to provide distilled liquor produced by the method.SOLUTION: In the method for producing the distilled liquor using plant material having a roasted aroma, 10 mass% or more of the whole plant material is roasted plants and a fraction having 50-95 vol% of alcohol is collected in a distilling process. The distilling process is performed by continuous distillation. The distilled liquor is produced by the producing method. |
