PURPOSE: A water-soluble top coating composition is provided to apply various clear coatings regardless of clear coating hardening structures and to have excellent physical properties such as coating appearance, glossy, adhesion, or the likes. CONSTITUTION: A water-soluble top coating composition comprises 5-40 wt% of a core/shell/shell microgel resin, 2-20 wt% of a polyurethane dispersion resin, 2-20 wt% of a polyester resin, 2-20 wt% of an imino group-containing melamine hardener, 5-15 wt% of 2-ethylhexylalcohol, 1-5 wt% of ethylene glycol monohexyl ether, 1-5 wt% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, 0.01-2 wt% of a wetting agent, 0.1-2 wt% of a catalyst, 0.1-3 wt% of a UV absorber, 0.1-5 wt% of a flowability controller, 3-10 wt% of an aluminum flake paste, 0.1-1 wt% of a neutralizer, and 25-45 wt% of water. |
