PURPOSE: An outlet seal roll apparatus of an annealing furnace is provided to easily inspect the surface of an outlet seal roll and to easily remove impurities. CONSTITUTION: An outlet seal roll apparatus comprises an outlet seal roll (110) comprises an outlet seal roll (110), a seal roll rotation part (120), a seal roll cover part (130), a cover opening part and a cooling gas supply part (150). A pair of the outlet seal roll is installed to seal a strip left and right. The seal roll cover part accommodates the pair of outlet seal roll and a sealing rotation part. A cover opening part facilitates the repair and exchange of the outlet seal roll accommodated in the seal roll cover part. A cooling air supply part supplies nitrogen gas which is inert gas.
