PURPOSE: A microbubble generator using high air-dissolved water based on a rotating unit is provided to minimize load applied to a pump and to produce large volume of microbubbles. CONSTITUTION: A microbubble generator using high air-dissolved water based on a rotating unit comprises the rotating unit(150), an air-dissolved water tank(170), and a nozzle unit(180). The rotating unit rotates water and vapor while crush the water and gas and makes dissolved water flow out. The air-dissolved water tank stores the dissolved water from the rotating unit. The nozzle unit generates microbubbles in the water. The rotating unit comprises a rotating body and a water and air rotating and guiding part.
