PURPOSE: A fixture for organizing a blasting cap connecting hole of a 150mm artillery ammunition cartridge case and an organizing method of the blasting cap connecting hole using the same are provided to constantly maintain the reduction radius by the blasting cap connecting hole when plastic working through comprising a latching protrusion in an indentation unit and to save a cost for maintaining and repairing a bomb without replacing the cartridge case to a new product. CONSTITUTION: A fixture for organizing a blasting cap connecting hole of a 150mm artillery ammunition cartridge case comprises an indentation unit (100) and a press unit (200). The indentation unit is inserted into a groove (31) by being formed below the internal diameter of the cartridge case and includes a first pressurizing protrusion (111) pressurizing the circumference of the blasting cap connecting hole. The press unit presses the pressure to pressurize the circumference of the blasting cap connecting hole by the first pressurizing protrusion through the bottom outer surface of the cartridge case inserted into the indentation unit or the indentation unit.
