PURPOSE: A conductive paste is provided to form a conducting film which has low resistivity and excellent durability against thermal impact. CONSTITUTION: A conductive paste comprises a copper particle, a thermosetting resin, and an aromatic compound which has a phenolic hydroxyl group represented by chemical formula 1 and at least one ester-containing group. In chemical formula 1, R1 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group or hydrogen, R2 is an aliphatic group, hydrogen, or an ester-containing group represented by chemical formula 2; R3 is an ester-containing group represented by chemical formula 2; R4 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group, hydrogen, or an ester-containing group; and R5 is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group or hydrogen.
