PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically inspect whether boring of a cylindrical part of a bored article is proper and to suitably inspect whether the boring is proper while allowing some holes to be absent.SOLUTION: A photographing device 12 photographs a formation region for holes 10 of a core stator 6 over the entire periphery from a diameter direction, and a computer 15 extracts the holes 10 from photographed image data. The computer 15 finds the number of the extracted holes 10 over the entire periphery, detects a hole pitch (a) between adjacent holes, and determines whether the detected number of holes 10 and respective hole pitches are proper. At this time, holes 10 are allowed to be absent up to a predetermined number (three) determined with respect to the number of holes 10, and it is determined whether the respective hole pitches (a), inter-column hole pitches (b), etc., are proper while taking the absence of holes 10 into consideration. |
