PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path member which stably supplies a liquid by stabilizing opening/closing operation of a valve body by suppressing deposition of the liquid on an opening edge of a communication path communicating with a pressure chamber, and a liquid ejecting head and a liquid ejecting device that have liquid ejection characteristics using the flow path member.SOLUTION: A pressure chamber 53 in which an opening of a groove-shaped flow path 51 configuring a portion of a liquid flow path is formed by sealing with a film 60, a valve body 90 which opens and closes a communication path 52 communicating with the pressure chamber 53, and a pressure receiving member 80 which is pressed by the film 60 displaced to the pressure chamber side 53 by negative pressure of the pressure chamber 53 and is able to press the valve body 90 in a direction where the valve body is valve opening state are included, and the valve body 90 includes a flange section 92, a shaft section 91 connected thereto, and a seal member 93 provided to the flange section 92, and the seal member 93 includes water-repellent silicone oil to be dissolved out in sealing. |
