The control device 10 collects power generation amount data of the respective photovoltaic power generation facilities 2 in real time through a communication network 4, develops synthetic data created by synthesizing the plurality of power generation amount data, and adjusts and controls power generation amount of the gas engine power generation facilities 3 on the basis of the synthesized data.
