PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve low cost and high efficiency and suppress an effect of output fluctuations in a plurality of renewable energy generation on a large-scale power system.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: respective photovoltaic power generation facilities 2 which supply an own power generation output to power systems 1, each of which is a commercial power system and which are installed at a plurality of points; one or more gas engine power generation facilities 3; and a controller 10. The control device 10 collects power generation amount data of the respective photovoltaic power generation facilities 2 in real time through a communication network 4, develops synthetic data created by synthesizing the plurality of power generation amount data, and adjusts and controls power generation amount of the gas engine power generation facilities 3 on the basis of the synthesized data. |
