PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded article not enlarged in the size of a chill vent in association with trying to secure a sufficient degassing cross-sectional area in die casting.SOLUTION: A general chill vent is formed in wavy shape only in a direction A in the figure. Here in this case, a gentle wavy shape of a height to the extent of not reducing a gradient is added in a direction B orthogonal to the direction A. As a result, a distance in the direction B is lengthened compared with the linear shape of the general chill vent, and the degassing cross-sectional area can be enlarged compared with the general chill vent of the same size. |
