PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate swelling associated with a back boss provided in a projecting manner on a motor generator side of a timing chain cover or with the formation of an oil passage formed on the same side, in an oil pump in a hybrid vehicle with a motor generator coaxially provided on a counter transmission side of a crankshaft.SOLUTION: The oil pump 10 includes the timing chain cover 7 disposed on a counter transmission side of an engine, an oil pump cover 11 fastened to a predetermined place of the timing chain cover 7, and oil pump rotors 12, 13 interposed between the timing chain cover 7 and the oil pump cover 11 and driven by the power of the crankshaft 2. The oil pump cover 11 is disposed on a motor generator 1 side relative to the timing chain cover 7. |
