PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller capable of performing control to equipment, and suppressing regularity to generate pseudo random numbers.SOLUTION: A counting part 4 performs counting based on a clock signal, a storage part 2 repeatedly performs acquisition of count values to be counted by the counting part 4, and stores a plurality of count values as storage data 01, storage data 02, and storage data 03. A pseudo random number generation part 13 generates pseudo random numbers with predetermined bit length based on the plurality of count values stored as the storage data 01, the storage data 02, and the storage data 03. When a signal from on-vehicle equipment 8 which is a control object is input in an input/output I/F 5, the storage part 2 acquires the count values from the counting part 4 and stores the count values. |
