PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirring container enhanced in stirring performance, in the field of a rotation/revolution type stirring defoaming device.SOLUTION: This stirring container 12 includes: a container 14 incorporating a material M (a liquid material, a powder material or the like); and a container holder 13 fixing the container 14. The stirring container 12 is a stirring container for the stirring defoaming device 11 mixing the material M (the liquid material, the powder material or the like) inside the container 14 by rotating and revolving the container 14 and the container holder 13. The stirring container 12 is formed with a plurality of sectional triangular projecting parts 21 in the bottom face of the container 14 except a central part such that the projecting parts 21 radially extend long. By using the stirring container 12, the material M can be stirred and defoamed inside the container 14.
