PURPOSE: A device for inspecting the inner wall surface of a vessel is provided to photographs the surface of the inner wall of the vessel by manipulating an IP camera with a display device while an operator is not entered into the inside of the vessel and to receive the photographed images with the display device, thereby inspecting the surface of the inner wall of the vessel. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting the inner wall surface of a vessel (90) comprises a tube (10), an IP camera (20), a flexible rack gear (30), a pinion gear (40), a lighting lamp (50), a display device (60), and a wireless transceiving device (70). The tube is insert-installed inside the vessel. The IP camera photographs the inner wall surface of the vessel. The flexible rack gear is insert-installed in the tube. The pinion gear is engaged with the flexible rack gear, and a handle is installed in the pinion gear. The flexible rack gear is pushed or pulled by manipulating the handle so that the IP camera is drawn in and out from an end portion of the tube. The display device wirelessly controls the IP camera so that the IP camera is rotated vertically and horizontally. The display device wirelessly receives the images of the inner wall surface of the vessel photographed by the IP camera, thereby displaying and recording the same.
