PURPOSE: A reagent bottle cap is provided to enable easy handling and keeping of a reagent and protect a user or experimenter against harmful chemical substances. CONSTITUTION: A reagent bottle cap includes a cap holder (10), a gas absorption unit (20), and a reagent absorption unit (30). The gas absorption unit is replaceable. The reagent absorption unit is attachable and detachable. The reagent bottle cap includes additionally a cap fixture within the cap holder. The gas absorption unit is filled with one or more among a neutralizing agent, a moisture absorbent, and an adsorbent. The reagent absorption unit comprises an absorbing material and a flow prevention ring (34).
