The connector (8) has a primary conduit (81) allowing passage of intake air from an intake circuit toward a distributor, and a secondary conduit (82) emerging transversely in the primary conduit and connected to a recirculation circuit. A wall (83) is provided in the primary conduit, and extends in an axis of the primary conduit so as to separate the air into two flows. The wall forms an obstacle against which exhaust fumes flow emerging in the primary conduit is stopped. The wall is realized directly by molding. An independent claim is also included for a thermal engine.
