<p>The invention relates to a system for charging a battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle (EV/HV) able to be connected to a domestic electrical network and comprising: means for detecting a charging mode (mode 1) by direct connection to a power socket (Pi) of said domestic electrical network, via an electrical connection cable; and a system for recognizing connection between the electrical connection cable and the power socket of the domestic electrical network, comprising a first communication device (RFID1; ILS) associated with said electrical connection cable and able to communicate with and recognize a second communication device (RFID2; Ai) associated with said power socket, characterized in that the charging system furthermore comprises: means for biasing (Rp, SP, CI) the first communication device via the electrical connection cable; means for transmitting at least one data signal (Rec OK) indicating recognition of the second communication device, via the electrical connection cable; and processing means (MT) configured to set the charging current (Imax) of the battery depending on the data signal indicating recognition of the second communication device.</p> |
