PURPOSE: A movable safety rail is provided to prevent damage because the safety rail is moved depending on the velocity of water and to automatically return the moved safety rail to the original position thereof when the velocity of water is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A movable safety rail comprises a support housing (130), a support member (110), a fixing member (170), and an elastic member (140). The support member has a protection member and is connected to the support housing through a shaft to be movable. The fixing member fixes the support member connected to the support housing. The elastic member returns the moved support member to the original position thereof when the velocity of water applied to the support member is reduced. |
