FILLING FIRE-RESISTANT BLOCK

PURPOSE: Fire-resistant filling block is provided to expand in case of fire and block the whole through hole by compressing a pipe which is softened with fire, thereby preventing fire from spreading to a side room. CONSTITUTION: Fire-resistant filling block comprises 14.5-38.5 weight % of NR rubber, 10-40 weight % of fire resistance filler, 5-30 weight % of A-2 oil as softener, 0.1-2 weight % of stearic acid (C 18H 36O 2) as fatty acid, 0.1-2 weight % of dispersing agent, 1.2-10.2 weight % of additive, 0.1-5 weight % of and cross-linking agent and 0.1-5 weight % of pigment are mixed and shaped into a pad shape. The additive comprises a mixture of 0.1-2 weight % of cumarone (C_8H_6O), 0.1-4.1 weight % of amine-based thermal ageing preventer, and 1-4.1 weight % of foaming agent. In the fire-resistant filling block is added 10-40 parts by weight of black carbon about 100 parts as by weight of the fire-resistant filling block as heat resistant strength assignment.
