DEVELOPMENT OF RAPID PCR DETECTION METHOD FOR PLANT QUARANTINE DISEASE CAUSING BY PHOMA EXIGUA STRAIN

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing Phoma exigua using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is provided to quickly and simply classify and identify Phoma exigua in imported seedlings and seeds. CONSTITUTION: A primer set for detecting Phoma exigua contains a forward primer with a base sequence of sequence number 7 or 8, and a reverse primer with a base sequence of sequence number 9. A method for detecting the strain comprises the steps of performing PCR using the primer set and detecting the strain. A kit for detecting the strain contains the primer set.
