PURPOSE: A device for driving a tool transfer shaft inside a rotating spindle is provided to connect two driving devices for identically rotating a spindle ring gear and a ring gear comprising power transmission gears and to control the shaft driving to transfer a tool to the one direction inside the spindle ring gear. CONSTITUTION: A device for driving a tool transfer shaft inside a rotating spindle comprises a spindle ring gear, a connection shaft (200), a transfer shaft gear box (300), a differential gear (400), a servo motor (500), and a ring gear. The transfer shaft gear box includes the connection shaft and a plurality of gear groups is sequentially connected. The plurality of gear groups is sequentially connected by the rotation of a driving pulley group installed in the transfer shaft gear box and the differential gear includes a bevel gear set (410) in which a rotating force is delivered. The ring gear is connected to the servo motor and rotates to the one direction by the gear groups.
