An apparatus for sensing a united mold of a cylinder head mold for a vehicle is provided to confirm that the united defect is rapidly detected and preclude the injection molten metal leakage by installing a united sensing unit having a hollow sensing body and a sensing member. An apparatus for sensing a united mold of a cylinder head mold for a vehicle comprises a united sensing unit(100), a fixing unit(200), and a connection sensing unit(300). The united sensing unit includes a hollow sensing body(110) whose two sides are placed with a pair of current supplying members(130), and a sensing member(120) which is elastically supported in the sensing body. The fixing unit is inserted in a first mold(500) to fix the united sensing unit at the first mold. The connection sensing unit has one end which is contacted with the second mold, and the other end which is placed near the sensing member. The connection sensing unit is inserted in the second mold. The sensing member includes a conductor block(121) which is elastically supported through an elastic spring(310), and a semi-conductor block(122) inserted in the conductor block. Mounting grooves(131) of the conductor block are formed at the current supplying members. |
