CORD WAVE REMOVAL DEVICE USING DRIVING STITCHER ROLLER

PURPOSE: Cord wave removing apparatus is provided to remove or minimize wave generation. CONSTITUTION: Cord wave removing apparatus utilizes the following parts during a stitching process in order to remove cord waves of a tread part generated by the torque produced during the rotation of a shaping drum: a torque sensor installed at one side of the shaping drum and measuring torque generated from the shaping drum; and a driving stitching roller generating torque for the rotation in the opposite direction from the rotation of the shaping drum in order to cancel out the size of the torque measured from the torque sensor. The driving stitching roller is combined with a stitching arm where a decelerator and a servomotor are integrated.
