PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a rotary lamp is provided to simplify a manufacturing process through extrusion instead of a cutting process and to be economical due to a low scrap. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a rotary lamp comprise: a step of molding an intermediate round unit at the center of a round rod in which a round unit is formed and the upper diameter of the intermediate round unit is greater than lower diameter; a step of forming a head unit in a cylindrical shape at the upper part of the step and an upper body in the cylindrical shape at the lower part of the step by forming a step at the upper center of the intermediate round unit; a step of firstly molding the head unit in a cone shape; a step of secondly molding the head unit in the cylindrical shape; and a step of a plurality of ball bearing coupling grooves in a radial shape on the upper surface of the head unit of the round rod and forming a recessed unit in a longitudinal direction by front extrusion on the upper part of the step. |
