PURPOSE: An ink ribbon cassette is provided to improve a printing quality and to prevent a rib from being polluted. CONSTITUTION: An ink ribbon cassette (1) includes a ribbon receiving unit (2), a grey fabric separating member, and a flat spring (7). The ribbon receiving unit receives an endless ink ribbon. The ink ribbon is returned from a printing unit, thereby being received in the ribbon receiving unit while being biased. The grey fabric separating member spreads the ink ribbon which is folded in the longitudinal direction when providing the ink ribbon to a printing unit again. The flat spring presses the ink ribbon to a lateral wall of a path in which the ink ribbon is delivered from an outlet of the ribbon receiving unit to the printing unit. The grey fabric separating member includes two pins which are installed at an interval forming a narrow slit so that a piece of the ink ribbon passes through the slit.
