PURPOSE: A ball inserting device for a camera module is provided to easily draw out balls from a body tube one by one and to improve the separation efficiency of the balls. CONSTITUTION: A ball inserting device for a camera module comprises a body tube (20), a separation unit (30), a ball inserting unit (10), and an air supply unit (40). A receiving space where a plurality of balls is received is formed in the inside of the body tube, and the top surface of the body tube is opened so that the receiving space is exposed to the outside. The separation unit is formed on the top of the body tube and includes a drawing hole on one side. The ball inserting unit sucks and grips the balls which are inserted into the inside of the body tube via the drawing hole and received inside the body tube and inserts the gripped balls into a gap between a barrel and an actuator. One side of the air supply unit is connected to one side of the body tube and communicated with the receiving space so that the air supply unit injects air supplied from outside to the receiving space.
