PURPOSE: A hydraulic control system is provided to automatically return an actuator through a main valve even in an emergency, such as abnormal operation or power failure, by controlling the main valve using pressure reducing oil. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control system comprises an actuator (101), a main valve (102), and a pilot control valve (103). The main valve receives pressure oil from a pressure oil supply source and powers the actuator in forward and reverse directions. The pilot control valve receives pressure oil from the pressure oil supply source and powers the actuator in a forward direction by supplying the pressure oil to a port (102a) of the main valve through a pilot control line (104) connected to the main valve.
